With the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act now signed into law, BALLE is working to bring Local Living Economies to the forefront of revitalization efforts across the US and all communities pursuing living economies. The BALLE conference will serve as the coming-together of business and government leaders from those communities that are rising to the challenge.
