Advocacy Organizations
There are a number of organizations educate, lobby, protest, unite, and make their voices heard in the world. Some organizations that we have partnered with or support their cause are listed below.
Fair Trade Resource Network is a non-profit organization focused on providing educational resources about Fair Trade.
Fair Trade Alliance is part of Green America(formerly Coop America) and is a group of individual consumers, local organizations, and businesses committed to advancing the Fair Trade movement and increasing the amount of Fair Trade products sold in North America.
Oxfam is made up of 13 country-specific organizations that are devoted to ending poverty and bringing about social justice all over the world.
Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is a non-profit, religious organization dedicated to helping the disadvantaged peoples of the world through a number of projects. Coop Coffees has collaborated with CRS on projects and several members are partners with the organization.
Mexican Solidarity Network is committed to developing the grassroots alliances on both sides of the US-Mexico border, and organizing to promote dialogue and collective action for social change.
USFT United Students for Fair Trade, is a student grassroots initiatives that joins campuses across the US in the promotion of fair trade.
