Green Bean Committee

The GreenCommittee is made up of a group of highly qualified and motivated roaster members focused on the supply and quality parameters for green supply.
The GreenCommittee is charged with overseeing lab operations and green desk performance to assure that CC staff is sourcing the best possible quality and most diverse and appropriate green coffee to fulfill roaster needs. The GreenCommittee is an additional set of eyes and ears that oversees the operations -sounding board, back up, advisory committee to support and facilitate the two way communication between roasters and staff to help all better understand sourcing issues.
Additionally, we want to assure that our views as green committee members well represent the supply needs for the coop as a whole.
