7:00                 Radio interview at “Radio Maranon

May 28            Farmer visits
5:00am           Departure to communities
8:00                 Breakfast in Chinchiquilla, San Ignacio
9:00                 Meet producers and BoD, visit fields, and hands-on coffee processing.
5:00pm           Depart for Jaen
8:00                 Dinner in Jaen and to hotel
 
May 29            CENFROCAFE office and staff
8:00am           Breakfast at hotel
9:00                 Meeting at CENFROCAFE (review quality control, cupping sessions)
12:00               Visit CENFROCAFE warehouse project (site?)

 9:00                Arrival in Piura, dinner and to hotel
 
May 30            Roaster workshop in Piura

3:00                 Departure to Montero (zone of production and eco-tourism project)

10:00               Meeting with producers for the un-washed prep.
                         Spend the day in the region
 
June 1             CEPICAFE staff and logistics
10:00am         Return to Piura
  1:00pm         Lunch in Piura
  3:00               Meeting with CEPICAFE staff, confirm logistics, timing and communication around
                          the importation of unwashed coffee and (possibly) continuing the direct CO2 decaf

Arrivals in Piura
Meeting with CEPICAFE staff
Travel out to Montero region

Review us-washed process from harvest to drying patio.
Feedback to farmers

Travel back to Piura in time for afternoon flights.
